-RSP does not inventory equipment, therefore we have no need to move unwanted product sitting on our shelves. Our recommendations are based solely on the individual need of our client.  Our goal is to build relationships so that we can understand the specific need whether the application is for permanent installation or for the road.

We understand the importance of addressing the critical nature of the musician’s ability to hear on stage. Our success in this area is unsurpassed.

-We will use the latest software technology to actually predict the coverage and response of your sound system for your facilies.The ability to predict performance of a sound system (system coverage; system output) BEFORE it is installed in a room is indispensable to system designers.  We design all of our systems for longevity, we don’t believe that a system should be rebuilt every couple of years.

RSP WARRANTY
-RSP has a one year warranty on all parts and labor (equipment covered be manufacture).  We will call you every month and a half for the first year, every quarter for the second year and then every six months there after to assure your continued satisfaction.

RSP TRAINING
-All of our installs come with a (2) two hour training sessions on the system. We want you to maximize the potential of your audio, video and lighting system.

RSP GOAL
